Associate Professor in the Institute of Public Affairs, Jagiellonian University, Krakow, Poland. Her research focuses
on open innovation, crowdsourcing, crowdfunding, knowledge management, and organizational learning in public
organizations. She is an author of publications on knowledge management, crowdsourcing and open innovation. She
is a principal investigator and participant in several research projects. She is the Deputy Editor-in-Chief of
“International Journal of Contemporary Management” and author of publications in “The Learning Organisation” (IF
4.5) and “Sustainability” (IF 2.576). She is also an author of the chapter in “The Routledge Companion to Innovation
Management”, Routledge, London, New York 2019 (Jin Chen, Alexander Brem, Eric Viardot, Poh Kam Wong eds.).
